Method Phase 1

User interviews

User interviews were conducted to understand current pain points within the user journey. The IIIMPACT team spent hours working with users to successfully identify technical and user experience-related issues throughout the customer journey.

We also held numerous internal workshops to identify personas and customer journeys to ensure that the improved design would meet the required targets.

Component library

We designed a customized UI component library on behalf of the client. This provided Automatize with predefined and prebuilt sets of functions (components) that can be added to, and modified in, mobile and web applications.

Full UX redesign

IIIMPACT managed a full rework/redesign of the current application with new and improved UX and VIsual UI design including that of the mobile application.
